If you haven't got an answer for a specific subject in 24 hours then open a new ticket for it.
Do not spam the ticket system.
For each payment created send the exact amount requested in crypto and once.
If you send less than the requested amount, the payment won't be automatically activated and you will have to create support ticket with the corresponding PayID#.

-SSN/DOB: Customer is elegible for refund if the data provided is invalid. Otherwise customer is not eligible for refund.
(In the case of an old address, customer is not eligible for refund since the most recent address can be looked up for free)
-DL Lookup: Customer is eligible either for refund or replacement if the provided DL# is invalid. Otherwise customer is not eligible for refund.
-Docs/Photos: Customer is eligible for refund if the item provided was expired at the time of ordering it or it is proven to be a duplicate.
