Rules

1.Support

Tickets are answered usually in 24 hours.
If you haven't got an answer for a specific ticket in 24 hours then you can open a new ticket reminding of the previous ticket.
Do not spam the ticket system.

2.Deposits

For each payment created send the exact amount requested in crypto and once.
If you send less than the requested amount, the payment may not be automatically activated and you will have to create support ticket with the corresponding PayID#.
Minimum deposit is $10.

3.Refunds

-SSN/DOB: When refunding an item, specify the reason in detail. Customer is not eligible for refund if the reason why they had opened the ticket is not disclosed.
Customer is elegible for refund if the data provided is invalid. Otherwise customer is not eligible for refund.
(In the case of an old address, customer is not eligible for refund since the most recent address can be looked up for free)
We are not responsible for possibly making data unusable if a client tries to refund valid data knowingly or unknowingly as we check the data using various services when available. Knowingly trying to refund any valid data can result in a ban.

-DL Lookup: Customer is eligible either for refund or replacement if the provided DL# is invalid. Otherwise customer is not eligible for refund.

-Docs/Photos: The backside of a DL doesn't have to be fully visible, as long as the code is showing.
Customer is eligible for refund if the item provided was expired at the time of ordering it or it is proven to be a duplicate.
